I purchased this laptop recently and have found it to be superior to its competitors for the price range! This laptop is chocked full of features and goodies. The Compaq Presario 1685 is an outstanding model. I took my time shopping around looking for the best deal on a laptop. I made my choice with this particular one do to the fact that it has all kinds of easy to use features included within it! The DVD player on this thing is awesome! It has a great picture and very impressive sound to it. This Compaq is the only way to go for a laptop! The price is right and the performance is excellent! If you don't take my word for it go and test it out somewhere and see for yourself. I would be willing to bet that you will be happier with this one than you would be with a computer costing over 500 dollars more! You will not be disappointed!
