I have been looking for an inexpensive laptop that would also allow me to use my dvd's when I travel. I purchased this machine used for under $1000.00 and have found it to be a wise investment.
It has a very rich sounding JBL Audio System, and you can tell it. The screen even though it is 12'1 it is very clear and usefull. I have extra large fingers and my fingers work this keyboard like it was made for me.
The only downfall I have found is I need to put in 64 more megs of Ram to make this one of the most stable machines I have ever owned.
My home computer is hooked up to the internet on an ADSL connection, and since I run my business out of my home. I also bought a Home Free Wireless setup to use with my desktop * with the adsl * and my laptop with the wireless pcmcia card so that I can be * Wireless * and spend time with my family and still work as necessary.
I have enjoyed this machine so very much and you will too.
