| fedup's Full Review: Hewlett Packard Pavilion N3250 (F1916A) PC Noteboo... |
I purchased the HP Pavilion N3250 notebook with the anticipation of enjoying the portability of the internet and dvd movies, but I was in for a rude awakening immediately after I brought my purchase home. First of all, the modem is software based which results in frequent disconnects from AOL-even after re-setting the modem. Secondly, the HP notebook setup guide, in my opinion, seems to hint that users should use a pc card modem or an external modem for telephone connections. Had I know this information prior to my purchase, I would pass on this product, especially with the knowledge that I would ultimately have to spend more money just for basic functions.
For this fact, I believe that this product is not worth its price.
