Pros: Portability and usability
Cons: Small screen and it's also not crash and glitch free (as all other computers are anyway)

I love my IBM Thinkpad. Because it's small but strong, it goes with me everywhere (It's also safer in Tokyo. If I take it out of my backpack, I don't worry as much that it could be dangerous.) The keyboard is extremely comfortable to use, and though the screen is small, it's fine if you use it on a personal basis, especially suffices if you have a desktop to use at home.
However, my mouse has broken once already and people I know have had their share of broken parts. Also, I had to use the recovery disk for personal reasons. The recovery disk blew away my hard-drive which was shocking. However, after putting in a hard-drive again, most other items were easily downloaded from the IBM website which was great.
Despite some of the problems I have had with the laptop, why do I still love it so much? If you put usability and comfort at the top of your priority list when picking a notebook computer, then all others just don't make the cut. Besides, looking at my friends and their other computers (Toshiba, VAIO...), it seems they've actually got more crashes and more problems!
