Cant trust it

Cons: Completely unreliable , no support from IBM
The Bottom Line: Dont buy it I have wasted hundreds of hours and Im stuck with a machine I cant trust .

As a metrologist I calibrate and repair complex electronic test equipment . I purchased this product directly from IBM because I wanted to ensure after sales support . The computer never worked as advertised and I had it back at the IBM store the very next day . Outlook express wont auto dial the ISP and then crashes the system when you try to close it . IBM claims its MicroSofts problem and Microsoft says its licenced to IBM . Im stuck with a computer I cant trust and no way to resolve the problem . I cannot recommend this product or its support .
