This perticular Toshiba Satellite 1555 is a very quick notebook. The reason why my title is "The Babe Ruth of Satellites" is because it is exactly like all the previous ones. Don't be amazed about the size, its still the same weight. The new 900mhz is a real jump from the old 450mhz. It has a 8 gig hrad drive (which is very good) and a dvd-rom/ Floppy Drive. The dvd-rom is useful because I edit video clips and show previews of movies to my town. This is a definite "Buy" and is good for a starting video editor because you can expand to a hi quality video card. 5 *'s
