The Cassiopeia E-10 was my first PDA and converted me immediately into a PDA zealot. Unfortunately, after 3 months of very cautious use, I woke up one morning to find out that the LCD screen had split diagonally from corner to corner. Being a suspicious parent I immediately accused my 7-year old until he was in tears of having played with it without my permission and having dropped it on the floor. I had to make a guilty apology later on that day when after checking user bulletin boards across the net, I noticed several issues of unexplained "screen breakage" relating specifically to the Cassiopeia.
WARNING: The screen failure prevented me to access any information on the PDA because my PDA was password protected and the broken screen prevented entering any information. Without my regular backups I would have been crippled. MAKE SURE TO BACK UP YOUR PDA FILES VERY REGULARLY (even if they are sync'ed to your desktop).
FYI: After the failure of my Cassiopeia I upgraded to a Compaq Aero 2150 and I am absolutely delighted with it after 6 months of heavy use. The transitioning of my old Casio data was as smooth as could be thanks to the common Windows CE operating system.
