This PDA is one of the best on the market. It should and probably will beat out the palm in sales next year. The reason for this would be the so called "springboards". These small devices plug into the expansion slot on the back of the PDA enhancing memory, adding programs, acting as a modem, etc. This also expands possibilities. maybe in the future handspring will come out with springboard hubs, like usb hubs, and you could use a daisy chain to add more springboards. This handheld kicks butt!
