After a few months my visor failed. I spent nearly 2 hours on the phone. They finally agreed that it was broken. I sent it in, they sent it back. Still didn't work. I spent nearly 3 hours on the phone. They finally agreed that it was broken and sent me a reconditioned model.

Several more months go by. Now I am 1 week past the warranty and I notice there are several screws missing. Today they tell me they don't sell the screws, I should try Radio Shack. Or for $110, I can send it to them and they will replace the screws. I sure hope Radio Shack carries really small screws, but my hopes are not too high.
