If you're looking for a color Palm OS PDA, you don't have much of a selection. Your choices include a Palm IIIc, a Sony Clie, or, in my case, a Handspring Visor Prism.
The Prism's design is slightly bulky, but is overall slim enough to fit in a case or your pocket. The screen is sharp and clear- the color really does make a difference! Like other Visors, the Prism comes with the Palm OS 3.5 and all the standard software (i.e. Memo, Datebook, Adresses, etc). I had a few problems with my HotSync cradle syncing with my Windows XP computer (via USB) but overall, it wasn't too bad. A serial connection would have been nice to have been included in the box (especially if you own an older computer) even though USB is much faster. The only major problem with the PDA is the lack of memory. I think that Handspring should have realized that many people would be carying around photos and videos in full color and should have included more than 8 MB of memory! Other than that, the PDA is a nice choice.
