Nice slim design. Definitely the best PDA on the market. I've tried them all. Psion, HP 100LX, Newton, Sharp, various CE devices, the original Palm, Starfish REX. Still use the Palm V and Starfish. Palm V is most useful combination of features and form factor.
One complaint is that the apps have not improved much over the years. Simplicity is one of the device's strengths. But you'd expect more improvements over the years. Like better fonts and more tight integration of apps between todo list, calendar, and database.
Lack of multi-folder support for Outlook is a pain. Even the REX can support upto 4 folders. There is a complex way of getting multi-folder support using Truesync technology (downloadable if you are a Portico user or from Yahoo, if you sync your Outlook with their database and calendar). But this really slows down the sync process too much. Much simpler to use the native support for sync with Outlook.
Also, it'd be nice to see better support for other MS apps. Integrated spreadsheet would be nice. Don't want to have to buy and load a third party app for this basic functionality.
