you write real good for a newbie. But I felt like a SH was necessary for your review. The reason being is that you didn't include any product information. Yes you included experience, but not much product info. I don't know anything more about Palms than I did before I read your review.

you said almost nothing here about the device. Although I can certainly appreciate your need to vent about the customer support (which believe it or not is 1000x better than when I bought my first device), this category is reserved for reviews of the Vx. Perhaps the bulk of this could be moved to one of the editorial categories?
