| llwalw's Full Review: Epson Stylus Photo 870 InkJet Printer |
I recently had an Epson Photo 750. I loved it. Everyone kept coming up to me so I could reprint their photos. I thought that I would never ever buy another printer. I was just that happy, until I saw a demo of an Epson Photo 870. The first thing that I noticed was how quiet this printer was. A lot quieter than my 750. I then noticed how fast it printed. A lot faster than my 750. Then I noticed how well it printed. A little better than my 750. But the clincher was how long the ink will last. It should easily last around 20 years. My 750 and all of the other printers will start fading in about 4-5 years. WOW! I just had to buy it. After picking one up from a local computer store I hooked it up to my usb port of my Micron computer. The installation was simple and smooth. I immediately printed out some photos and man did this printer perform. I really feel that the pictures that came out of the 870 was better than the original photos. What a wonderful job of printing this 870 did.
Just to let you know that the Epson Photo 870 is a 6-color printer. The tones and hues from this machine was about as perfect as can be. I feel as though I have my own photo studio now. The best part of owning an Epson Photo 870 is that whatever you print out you know that will be as brilliant in 10 years from now as it was when you originally printed the photo. Epson is simply the best.
You can e-mail with any questions you may have about the printer at llwalw@yahoo.com.
Have a nice day.
