Pros: Great photos! Quiet and fairly fast. Much cheaper than sending out for developing!
Cons: The inks are expensive as is the high gloss, good paper.
The Bottom Line: This is a great choice for a family color, photo quality printer!

Photography and graphics are big hobbies around our house. Unfortunately, both had become more and more expensive. Now my son can print out all of his designs/art work here at home and my husband and I can print photos to our hearts content.
Although it isn't the cheapest thing in the world, this printer is much less costly to operate that taking our things out for professional production and we are having a blast at the same time. We have found that the software that came with us isn't enough for what we want to do but my son has Photoshop and the combination of the printer's software and Photoshop has opened up all sorts of ideas for us to play with.
From the first day we brought it home it has printed good quality despite our lack of knowledge. Things have gotten better as we have and it's been a great pleasure. It doesn't bog down or get persnicketty at all.
Very easy to use and maintain!!!!!! For the money, this was an excellent purchase for the whole family.
