Pros: This printer, from an avid photographer, is an awesome piece of technology.
Cons: Ink cartridges are costly; as afore mentioned in prior reviews, but buy on Ebay!
The Bottom Line: I have owned many an Epson, and being a photographer, have witnessed and watched closely the phases of quality printers and have awaited comparable image quality. BUY IT!

This is probably the newest and finest of the Epson line for the buck...sure, it's about 8 months old now now, but started with a retail of $400. This model now can be had for nearer $100 new if you shop eBay or elsewhere...Photo/print quality is second to none for a 1200 dpi on glossy paper as compared to my brother's $3700 "professional publishing unit" Unless you plan on spending another $1000.00 minimum, you cannot beat this little giant of a printer. Comes well packaged with a very easy setup program for the novice. It readily accepts the majority of standard papers and envelopes and comes with roll paper for internal spool printing. I highly encourage you to try this one...you will not be disappointed.
