I purchased this printer awhile back and have been very pleased with it. In the months that I have had it, it has yet to jam for me. Text quality is good and the color quality seems to be akin to perfect. I had looked at other printers that cost less and while they also did the job as intended they could not match the performance of the HP 932C. I may have paid more that I needed to for a printer but I have yet to be displeased. The unit was not difficult to set up via its USB port and parallel is also available as an option. This printer is used as part of a home system. The ink cartridges seems to last awhile and installing a replacement has not proven to be a problem. This is a good printer and I do recommend it.
