Pros:they are always below
Cons:none for the home owner...this is a quality printer
The Bottom Line: HP makes the best printers, and this is one of HP's best...for everything from your own photos to term papers, this printer is the essence of quality
It seems to me, and being this is my eighty-something(th) review, that so many people are saying the same thing. But I will do my best to offer you consumers a few pieces of new information.
Each of you can look at any other review of this printer to see that the paper does not jam, the speed is phenomenal, the price is about as good as you can find for such a quality printer. But you ask what else I can offer? Well, let's read and see.
1) Software compatibility: Just about any system will work as far as I know, but the best Operating System for the Hewlett Packard is of course Windows (hopefully '98). As far as word processing programs, I have found that the Microsoft Office package works the best. Word, Excell, and even PowerPoint have given me no problems whatsoever.
2) Photo Printing: Ever taken some digital pictures, put them on your computer, tried to print them out, and been utterly disappointed with the outcome? Well, I have. The HP 930 C, (given, of course, that you have some quality photo paper) prints out excellent quality photos. The only printers that I have encountered with a better photo print capability are the HP's that are more expensive...970 and up, etc.
3) Durability: Maybe this is a stretch, because honestly, who is going to bang their printer up against something? Well, even though it may not be a big factor, the HP 930 C is extremely durable and, on those rare occasions it gets delayed a bit, feel free to give it a good smack.
I don't know if these three things are a big deal to anyone, but after reading numerous reviews, I felt compelled to offer some different information. Hopefully, in addition with the other couple hundred reviews about the same thing, I have helped you make an informed consumer decision.
Well, here is the basic stuff too….
This printer will not jam on you provided that you use it normally.
The clarity and ink usage on this printer are the best available relative to other comparable printers. For mass use, such as offices/businesses, I strongly recommend a larger printer, but I’m sure you already knew that. Seriously, though, for home usage, the HP line is unparalleled and the 930 and 932 C are the two best deals on the market.
