This printer is a real quality bit of kit! The print quality
is excellent in all respects. Even if you rarely print photos you will not fail to be impressed with the quality of text and graphical output.
For daily home and office use it boasts a wealth of helpful features such as a 100 sheet paper tray so you can leave it to print large documents in the knowledge it will not stop halfway through due to running out of paper.In addition to this it has a very simple photo tray that lives above the paper tray and is engaged simply by pushing a slider back or forward.
The photo tray can hold upto 20 sheets of 4"by"6 photo paper
and stays in position even when not required so you do not have to load and unload paper each time you print a photo.
It also boasts the ability to print photos without the need of a computer.This is achieved through the incorperated smartcard slots which can handle all types of card upto 2mb.On the front panel of the printer you will find a LCD display and a very simple control layout for organizing your prints ready for printing.
When using a computer the printer also uploads all photos to your chosen application automatically making this process a breeze.
Another point to mention is the ability to monitor the amount of ink you have left in the generously sized ink cartridges and the ability to set print quality from the printer control panel, instead of having to enter the print properties dialog box.
The speed of printing is also very reasonable considering the excellent quality that is achieved...
Also worth mentioning is the great look of this printer.Black on silver as opposed to the normal biege box most manafactures seem to offer.
Overall this is one hell of a good printer for the price and i would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone!
