Only $39 Bucks for Color ?

The new Lexmark Z11 replaces our old $350 monochrome model at a cost of $39. Yep, at Sears the cost was $89 with a $50 rebate from Lexmark. This machine is not built to run forever, but after looking at the 1200 dpi x 1200 dpi resolution, and comparing it with other machines in the $150 to $300 range, I just could not walk away. We needed a new machine for small print jobs (resumes, cards, etc.) and after my wife said we needed to buy 40 Xmas cards at $1 each, it didn't take us very long to hand over the plastic. Paper handling was only fair, since it can hold about 30 sheets, but it can print nice photos.

The setup was very easy, only 10 steps, and it was up and running in 10 minutes.

Best for: Students, home use and small print jobs
Also: Great 2nd machine
