My girlfriend and I have had two Lexmark printers. We purchased the Z11 as a replacement. I think it is the best value for the money spent. The Z11 has full color and full features. The software that comes with the Lexmark saves time and has all the necessary print functions. If your looking for an inexpensive full color ink-jet printer you should definitely consider the Lexmark Z11.
We use the printer every day and find it to be very reliable. It rarely if ever jams and has always provided excellent print quality. It would not be fair of me to not tell you of two things that could be improved.
The paper supply could be increased and the cost of ink cartridges could be less. When compared to other printers in the same class the cost of supplies is about the same and in some cases slightly less. There are low cost refill kits available that reduce supply cost greatly.
I have recommended the Lexmark to many of my friends and relatives. I would never recommend a product that I was not sure of. With great confidence I can tell you that if you choose the Lexmark Z11 you will be as happy as We have been.
