Pros: Simple installation, compatibility.

I purchased a Z11 based solely on its price. Many other, probably higher quality printers sat side by side on the shelf when I made my purchase.
When I bought the Z11 home it was simple to install, "shook hands" with my computer quickly, and I was in business! I've used it for everything from reproducing modern color photos to old hand tinted family favorites to black and white drawings. I've been satisfied with performance in all area.
I worked the Z11 very hard, producing multiple copies of manuscripts of 400 pages and more with satisfactory results.
My Z11 finally succumbed to over use and a "carriage fault" developed. It has been replaced by a Z12, which I think says a lot.
