My Lexmark Z11 printer is the first and only printer I have ever owned. I just love it.
Everything about this printer is simple, from installation to ink replacement. I am not the most computer savy person in the world, and for my uses, simple is the key.
The installation of the Lexmark Z 11 was amazingly quick and simple. The directions were quite easy to follow. Paper and ink replacement did not even require the reading of any directions.
My printer has a lot of great features that I like such as ink level indicators, and an audio prompt that printing has begun and ended. I'm one of those people who has to be doing three things at once, and if the computer can tell me that printing is complete without my standing there and watching it, I'm all for it.
There are not a lot of fancy features on the Z11, but as I've stated, my needs are simple.
My Lexmark printer is the first and only printer I have owned, and I'm sure my next printer purchase will be Lexmark also.
