I got a used Lexmark Z11 today and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to setup. I needed new drivers for windows 2000 and the lexmark website had just what I needed easily. I love how the power cord adapter has a regular cord end to take up less space on the surge protector strip. This printer prints very quietly and faster than my old printer. I am very pleased with the price of cartridges also and ease in finding refills.
I don't care much for the talking part of it but I can live with that for better print quality.
