Can you say bankrupt, because that is where Xerox is headed making these low quality products. I have never had so many problems with any piece of electronic equipment. I am now on my third printer and will be heading out to buy a CPQ or HWP very soon.
It all started with a sale at best buy. Wow, I thought I was getting a steal, instead I bought a lemon. I have successfully only printed out one document of any length with this printer. The paper always seems to be jammed or experiencing bad communication with computer. Spoke with tech. support two different times for around an hour a piece. The first guy was an idiot, he's probably not with them anymore. He could not figure what was wrong and then began to get upset that I did not know. Well buddy, I am not the one in the tech. support call center. Maybe he should have chosen a different profession. Finally they decided to send me a replacement. Well that did not make it here successfully. So they had to resend another one. A month later two printers were delivered. To no surprise neither one worked worth a damn.
I know fully understand why there stock price was slashed so badly. Their price hit lows well before the rest of the market did. I plan on staying away from all Xerox products and from their stock price. Do your own research before making any decisions.
