Pros: Had it working for about 4 months time
Cons: Cant get to work, tech support expensive
The Bottom Line: If it worked, I think I would have a higher opinion.

Okay, I hear all these great opinions but seriously...what am I doing wrong? This is the second time I have gotten this burner replaced, and each time it seems to come with a different problem. There was a time that I had gotten it to work; once I did I left it alone. Then 4 months later I had to tried upgrading to Windows 2000. After deciding to go back to Windows 98 SE, the burner, once again, was acting up. This time I still have not gotten it to work. It has been 4 months and nothing. I call HP and they say I need to go through their tech support before they will replace it, problem is that I cannot afford the long distance charges to call the number (wouldn't it make sense to make a 800 number?). Maybe I am doing something wrong, maybe I am just unlucky...but I just cannot get this thing to work come Hell or Highwater.
