I recently bought this scanner as a gift to myself because I was looking for a scanner that scanned pictures and documents clearly, with ease.

I was impressed with the ease of use, and installation was a snap, took me no time at all to have this scanner up and running within 5 minutes. It is very quiet, and the clarity of pictures was excellent. The pictures and documents are easily manipulated into other software applications for review and picture retouching.

I chose HP over any other brand of scanner simply because my computer is a HP. I have my scanner hooked into my printer, and EVERYTHING is compatible.
