I encourage you to buy this product, the scanning capabilities are good to fair, but then again the price is low! However if you want service from the parent company (Visioneer) don't even think about it! They are full of marketing specials and rebates, but they never come through, (I consider it false advertising). This leaves the customer frustrated and saddened by the lack of customer service this company provides. When I tried to contact the company they washed their hand of the whole thing and said that it was not their problem. I guess this proves that there is still no way to monitor these companies and see if what they are following through on their marketing and advertising campaigns. With this company the consumer get left out while the big bad corporations get away with our hard earned dollars. Gotta love Corporate America!!
