I received my set of Cambridge Soundworks PCWorks Speakers, I installed them, and I found that, even without connecting the speakers to my computer, I can hear some noises (in fact, the radio) in the speakers.
I called their technical support and explained them the problem, and their only answer was that this problem "has been known to
happen" and that I could try to "wrap the wires, the speakers and the
subwoofer with some kind of foil".
I did not expect at all this kind of performance from a Creative / Cambridge Soundworks product, I am really disappointed. I have checked Creative's website and some brochures, and they do not warn the users that this problem can happen (or in their tech-support's words, it "has been known to happen").
As I said, I am really disappointed, I did not expect this from Creative. I am most probably going to return the speakers, but nobody is going to refund me for all the shipping expenses and the time I have lost, because nobody told me that this problem "has been known to happen".
