Short lived.

Pros: Good Price, decent sound for low level listening.

Cons: Mine died after ~1.5 years. Not very powerful.

The Bottom Line: I'd hope that any computer speakers would last longer than these did.

I was happy with these speakers when I bought them. They don't have a lot of power or bass, but I never cared about that.

However, after a little over a year the treble/bass knob became flaky - at first I just heard static while turning the knob, then at some spots on the dial one or both of the speakers would drop out. It got worse to where I had to keep wiggling the knob until I found a spot where it worked, and it eventually gave out completely.

PS. I don't know the price because they came with my system.
