Pros: good internet connection

Cons: too much porno mail, unwanted "cyber" instant messages, lack of enforcement of the rules of member conduct

I have used AOL for about 2 years now. I love it most of the time. I do get signed on without any problems and have very few problems with the connection.
However, the lack of enforcement of their rules is awful. If you report another member for chat violations or mail violations, hardly is there anything done. They are supposed to loose their accounts but that never happens.

AND...the amount of porno mail sent to you from other members is horrible. I don't want this smut sent to me at all. I have heard from other people who have other internet services that this never happens to them. Why is AOL different?
