Does AOL Believe in Providing Service?

Pros: good rooms, good channels
Cons: never can sign on and when I can sign on I get kicked off

Ok for a while AOL was pretty good. I didn't have problem signing on and I never got kicked off. It also had interesting rooms and channels all of which are very nice if you can sign on. Having AOL has helped me in the past because of their great channels like Research, which allows you to use online encyclopedias. Now AOL is my nightmare. Right now I needed to sign on to find out if my school is open tomorrow. It was taking so long that I walked away. When I finally came back I was signed on. I checked my connection log and it took 50 attempts. This has been happening more often. Today I am just so annoyed. Every time I need to get on the internet to do IMPORTANT things I never can sign on. I want to change internet companies but this is the e-mail address everyone has to contact me. So I am stuck and I better go check my website now before I get kicked off.
