I you value your dollar, don't let compuserve snatch it away. I as well am one of many to get caught up in the rebate offer, and now I'm stuck for two more years with this junk. Can you possibly guess how long it took me to get online to write this review? almost twenty minutes of sitting there staring at the screen telling me that MY modem couldn't find a server. Ha!
I'm not that smart as far as computers, but this machien is top of the line. My father has gotten meevery upgrade that Compaq has to offer, istalled it correctly, and serviced it constantly. The problem is NOT my computer, but the software I'm stuck with.
Then, to further enhance my irritation, I can't check my mail half of the time, the other half I get kicked off while trying. I have important messages that it takes me up to a hour just to find out that they are there.
If you want my advise, shy far far away from the horrid trap that Compueserve has offered in the guise of a deal.
