I recently joined Dingoblue after two years of poor service from another ISP. Whilst I was looking for a new ISP Dingoblue stood out because of the high standard of their support, in answering my questions both online and on the phone.

I joined up with Dingoblue under a referral system they offer their members. On completing and paying for my first month with DB, I and the person who referred me are given a $40 credit towards our accounts.

When taking up DB Internet alone it will cost you around $35 per month, but if you couple that with long distance telephone calls or a mobile phone service you only pay $25 per month for the following:

Big Bytes Plan
400 hours access
1.5gb download limit
12 hour session limit

The download and session limits are not, as far as I'm aware, always enforced rather they work on a fair usage policy.

There is also a Small Bytes plan for users who only want a limited amount of hours online per month.

Payment can be made by credit card or direct debit.

In my short experience with DB I have absolutely no complaints, only praise for such a great service in an industry that is lacking in support for it's members. I plan to stick with them for a long time and I would recommend them to anyone. Have a look at http://www.dingoblue.net.au
