Cons: Take your money then get you to go away. Extremely bad service. Unreliable.
The Bottom Line: Stay away! Avoid them! Rip off! Bad service. Do not believe their homepage!

My site goes down a lot! They take a long time to get it back up. This time my site has been down 15 hours that I know of. I opened a trouble ticket 15 hour ago and it has not even been assigned to a Support Technician. The only thing I heard from them was an automated response saying it would be assigned and they care about service -- BALONEY!!!
My site has gone down numerous times. I think they are trying to get rid of people after they have their money. It sure seems like it because service is so bad.
They are not reliable and not worth the money. Stay away! All those features are worthless when your site it down. This has happened many time to me. Do not believe their phony homepage. It is all smoke and mirrors. You will get ripped off.
