People PC has brilliant ads on tv. That cute little boy is the reason I called for info. Well, it sounded too good to be true....a computer, monitor, speakers, printer, unlimited internet access, 24hr tech support....all for 24.95 a month. There has to be a catch!? I received my brand new toshiba pentium celeron processor in the mail about 6 days later.
The set up was soooo easy..I have never had a PC before, just an old MAC. The booklet told me what to do exactly step by step. Getting on the internet has never been so fast and so easy.
I still was waiting to find out the catch...I did have a problem with my email one day so I had to call tech support..I thought , I'll probably wait forever...but no, A REAL LIVE HUMAN BEING answered the phone and helped me with my problem in under 5 minutes. They were so helpful and nice. I was amazed.
I thought I would not be able to function without AOL...but it is wonderful how you get online without all the advertising plastered in your face...and email is a dream!!!! No more weeding through thousands of porn site info and Spam...I dont g et any junk mail!!!!
Now I think, what did I ever need aol for in the first place!!
People pc has put out an awesome product and the service is first rate!!!!
