I have been using the internet for almost two years. I started with AOL like most do. I then upgraded to a local ISP. I do a lot of programs online and visit many web pages in that process. I needed something faster than my 33 modem. I got a great offer to sign up for a cable modem and ran with it!!

I have not had any problems (aside from a few times of it being down for upgrades). This does not happen very often. What would you think of going to a page that would normally take minutes to load and have it up and done in seconds. Tech support is around 24-7 for any troubles that you experience.

Downloads are a snap too!! I have only had one or two that take over a minute. When your computer is on... you're online!

If you figure in the costs of an extra phone line and your own ISP the cable modem/ISP together are much less!! I pay only $49.95 a month and I make that easily in paid to surf programs

If you are interested in getting a lot done online in a little amount of time.....then the cable modem is for you!!
