Recently US West was bought out by a powerhouse of a company Qwest. Now, US West already had the greatest dsl service that is currently available. They have great speed options, great prices, and more going for them.

The technical support(which ive needed a lot of it) has been great. The tech support people have been very helpful. The only downside is if its a modem problem, they wont help and cisco wont help. Other than that, they are doing a good job with their technical support

I have been using their dsl service for a few months now and have been very happy with the speed and pricing. Qwest has decided to upgrade all 256 accounts to 640. For this reason I think people should use Qwest as their dsl provider if theyre in an area that they can.
