Alright, first off let me clear up something that the guy a few posts down said about his 1.5"MB" connection he is supposed to be getting. There is a difference between MB(MegaBytes) and Mb(MegaBits). You get _upto_ 1.5Mb
Up to 1.5 Mbps (megabits per second) receive
Up to 500 kbps (kilobits per second) send
To figure out how fast this will show in your cool lil explorer download graphic. For Kilobits per second, you divide by 8. So 500kbps = 62.5KB and for the 1.5Mbps you move the decimal and make it 1500 and divide by 8, so 1.5Mbps = 187.5KB
We have this same package here at work and I have never had a problem with it (I'm the network Admin) I usually get around 200KB down and 65KB up. Traceroutes at the _worst_ have been 20ms on the zoominternet isp routes which is very good. Another thing is they have a very well designed network unlike my old cable isp RoadRunner from Time Warner. The speeds were nice but they would route me from my home in ohio to chicago to PA then back to ohio then to my desitnation. Zoominternet doesn't do that here in NE Ohio. If you are an online gamer this will be good for you.
I'm very satasfied with their service here at my work which we have had for about 6 months and I just ordered the residential package for my apartment. They get a 4.5 out of 5 from me. Only complaint I have is the residential should be the speed of the buissness one. I have no opinion on Technical Service because I have never had to call them. Most of that help desk stuff is just people reading out of a book anyways and they really don't know what they are talking about.
