I switched from Interland to Gisol.com. I went from purgatory to hell. They looked so good on the come-on. My email works only half the time, and it is unworkable sometimes for days at a time. Emails get autoreplies that promise a response by a certain date, and that date comes and goes. I've tried the phone support and actually timed the ringing for over an hour. In fact, I've NEVER been able to get it to answer. My web site is down right now--like it's been for the past week. Sometimes it'll pop up for about an hour. Then back down. Thank goodness I charged this on American Express!
