Pros:Great Performance, Quick Signature File updates
Cons:Potential compatability issues, initial cost.
The Bottom Line: Best Anti-Virus software I have used.
When my company upgraded from a Mainframe based system to an NT network a little over a year ago, I was one of the people charged with finding suitable anti-virus software. After searching through several options, we came across Panda. Panda is evidently fairly new to the U.S. but is making tremendous headway.

This product has numerous advantages over some of the other software we checked out. First the cost. Yes it was a little high, approximately $88 per user. However this included a package that includes lifetime upgrades. None of the upgrades while we are on this version only like most other software titles. This actually makes the product seem very reasonably priced.
Next is installation. This is one of the easiest installations I have ever gone through. All you have to do is set up the Administrator on an NT Workstation and it can be configured into the NT login scripts to download and install itself on any computer on the network. Piece of proverbial cake.
Virus signature updates is the next concern. This is where most anti-virus software bites the dust. It is installed and the signature files are not updated regularly or in some cases at all by the user. Panda takes care of this problem too as it can be configured to automatically go to the internet and get its latest signature file on a daily basis. This can be key in catching some viruses very early. I had come in to the office on the day of the I Love You virus and found that it had already downloaded the current signature and caught the virus. This saved me a ton of work. Just to let you know their current signature file contains the signature of just under 50,000 viruses!!!
Another great advantage is the customer service Panda provides. They have 24/7 support and I can testify that they do give it. They stand behind the product they sell.
I know some of you are saying well this is a network version, what about a stand alone computer? Well guess what? They have a stand alone version and it is much more affordable than the network version. The benefit for those using the network version is that they can get it for their home pc and it has pretty much the same interface.
There are some disadvantages to the software as there are with any antivirus products. The biggest one is that they are based in Madrid and most of their background stuff actually is written in Spanish. Although you usually don't see this. The other is the ever-present compatablity issue. This is actually only a minor issue with Panda as far as I have seen. My personal pc had no compatablity issues and at work only 6 of 60 computers had an issue and it was actually a problem with the installation of another program.
All in all I would have to say that Panda is a very solid product and well worth the cost and effort to install it. The catching of the I Love You virus probably saved the company the difference in its cost. It is a definite buy for anyone from a network administrator to a home pc user.
