Pros:not bad looking, small, washable, useful in potty training
The Bottom Line: A more realistic looking doll than others out there, with bonus features to boot.
Dolls can be creepy. If you agree, you will like this one....

Despite having 2 daughters (6 and 4), I have managed to avoid baby dolls fairly well. This changed when my younger daughter wanted a baby doll she could bathe for her 4th birthday. She has one doll I find very acceptable--the soft Pottery Barn Kids baby doll. However, given her washing requirement, a new, hard-bodied doll was clearly in order. So the search began....
I'm not sure why so many baby dolls are made with such frightening results. After visiting Target and Toys R Us, it appeared that the options were limited to one of these huge-headed, falsely fat, "I'm in a permanent trance" staring creations. Mercifully, as I was about to resign myself, a friend asked if I knew about Corolle dolls. I had heard of them, but had not seen them. A trip to a smaller toy store produced this one, the Corolle Bathtime Drink and Wet Emma doll.
What a find! Emma has normal proportions and looks more baby-like than any of her competitors. She is washable (tub not included)and can be fed a bottle and uses her potty seat. While we have not used these features, they would have been extremely useful years ago when I used the doll-who-wets method of teaching toilet training to my girls. She comes in an outfit, and you can buy additional clothes for her as well.
I don't like that this doll is scented (and you don't have to be pressing your nose against her to smell her), but it is not enough not to buy her. Overall, this doll is far and away better than any other baby doll I saw.
