Pros:Fit tightly on the Gold Elegance posts.
Cons:I wish they were sold with the matching posts
The Bottom Line: These go with the Gold Elegance posts, and they fit nice and tight and they don't irritate my skin
These Gold Elegance Earring Nuts are made by Cousin, and they are sold locally in JoAnn's and Michael's craft stores. They are made from metal that is coated with 14K gold.
Gold Elegance also makes ear posts that work with these earring nuts, but you could use these nuts as a replacement for lost earring nuts on other pieces of jewelry you have at home.
The thing I don't like, (and this seems very strange to me) is that Cousin sells their Gold Elegance ball posts in sets of 4, but these Gold Elegance Earring Nuts come in packages of 8. I wish they would sell the nuts in the same package with the posts because you need both of these in order to secure them to your ears.
The earring nuts seem a bit thin to me, but that's not unusual. Most of the post style earrings that I buy in the store are thin as well. The good thing is the Gold Elegance Earring Nuts don't chip easily, and they give the look of real gold for a fraction of the price. They secure tightly to the Gold Elegance posts. They are shiny and look much more expensive than they are. The nuts have never irritated my ears and I tend to have sensitive earlobes.
The package of 8 earring nuts retails for $5.00.
