Crafted of top quality raw materials and rendered following industry standards regarding durability, excellence of quality and durability and particularly safety for usage with young children. Paper is smooth for ease of writing, printed with non toxic inks in eye catching, child pleasing colors and highly popular with Osage County First Grade Scribes.
Osage County First Grade get pleasure from writing letters to local restaurant mangers who keep us supplied in Monday Mints and in the case of McAlisters keeps us supplied with Cookie Cards. We write letters to fellow students following hearing their names announced for a particular feat; winning the local or other spelling bee, taking part in the robotic competition, or other well done moment, and we write ongoing to –Our- military man.
A former member of our school family graduated from High School two years ago and soon enlisted in the Air Force. Osage County First Grade Scribes soon began penning letters to him. He is a well known young man in the area, is relative to some, family friend of others and has come to visit our class when he comes home on leave.
For the reason that First Grade is a time of a much directed, i.e. letter by letter, stroke by stroke, penning of words and letters; I search out as many child focused papers as I can for my class to use, and, to provide many opportunities for letter writing. Penmanship in general and letter writing in particular are both part of State and Common Core teaching requirements.
As we prepare to write letters Osage County First Grade chooses a diversity of sheets having various border prints, including these Valentine Hearts. While each Little Scribe may be penning the exact text; the letters penned by Little Scribes take on a life of their own as as the various letters appear having a mixture of border graphics.
Well made papers designed for ease of printing and penning make for much more interesting letter writing for Osage County First Grade.
Happy to recommend Creative Teaching Press™ Valentine Hearts Computer Paper.
