Pros: Great scent, not expensive, cleans well
Cons: The beads do not exfoliate, bottle is very slippery in the shower
I've been trying two different types of body wash recently, and Dial NutriSkin with Cherry Seed Oil & Mint is one of them. This comes in a tall 21 ounce clear plastic bottle which reveals a pink body wash with darker pink beads suspended throughout it.
The cap is completely flat so you could turn it over and store the bottle on its top when it's nearly empty if you want to get all of the product out. It snaps firmly in place and is very much leak proof.
Dial considers this an "Ultra Hydrating Body Wash" and states that it contains real fruit oil, which is their fresh twist on moisture. The microbeads are supposed to hydrate the body and leave you feeling clean and refreshed.
I've used other brands of body wash that contained microbeads, but this Dial product isn't what I expected. I really thought the beads might help exfoliate dead skin cells, but these are really soft like the body wash and I couldn't even tell they were in there.
If you like flowery, sweet smelling products, this is one to try. I don't think it has much of a mint scent, but it truly does smell somewhat like cherry oil. It is very pleasant and makes me go "ahhhh" when I smell it. It's a very indulgent feeling for the senses.
As far as cleaning ability, this cleaned exceptionally well without leaving my skin dry. I have extremely dry skin and often feel the need to apply body butter when I get out of the shower or bath, but not with Dial NutriSkin Body Wash.
My one and only complaint is I find this bottle very slippery in the shower. Some body wash comes in bottles that have a slight matte finish, but this one is very shiny and slick. The fact that the bottle is slightly indented at the sides helps, but I have come close to dropping it.
This is a solid body wash with a delightful scent. The beads do not exfoliate nor did they seem to pop open to reveal their oils. It lathers nicely and cleans well. I'd buy it again.
