Dyson DC41 Animal Upright Cleaner

I had waited forever to get this vaccum, having two dogs and a cat this is a necessary purchase, I purchased the dyson animal almost two years ago and it's cleaned the same since day one, I love how functional it is, where we first lived we had carpet and it kept animal hair off our floors, and now that we are living with tile it's still being used, it has a button where you can use it on hard floors, and I'm surprised with how well it works, I expected it to work like most vacuums cleaning hard floors and would just push dust, hair and dirty everywhere, but it's much faster than sweeping and gets more off of the floor. The cord is very long, and helps so you don't have to constantly be re plugging it in everywhere

I also love how you can buy new attachments for it, it makes grooming extremely easy, and the different attatchments that it comes with great purpose, my favorite is the attatchment that acts like a vaccuum and super cleans things like stairs or couches or any place you can't actually vaccuum.

It's by far the easiest clean up of any vaccuum I've ever used before, with a push of simple button it all goes directly into the garbage can. The fact that it doesn't require a bag saves money too, and the portion that collects the hair/dust is very easy to clean, and large enough to vaccume an entire house without having to change it.


The one thing that I would change about the dyson is that the hose is really difficult to use, it retracts constantly while using it, and I haven't found a comftable way to use it yet, it's not nearly long enough either, at least for how much it contracts, the pros of the hose is that it's very strong, I use it on all of my furniture and it manages to clean it very throuoghly, but the fact that I can't keep it from retracting almost makes me dread using it. 

All in all this vacuum is a great purchase, it has everything you need in a vacuum, it's very strong, durable, easy to clean, easy to empty, essential for any pet friendly home.
