Pros: Has to be the best program in the world
Cons: VERY EXPENSIVE when compared to other schools but certainy worth it.
I am currently enrolled in another school taking courses at Stern. The faculty at Stern has to be among the best if not the best of any graduate business school in america if not the world. From the moment you enter the Kaufman Education Center at NYU you know you are in the heart of the world's business capital and that if you are gonna make it here you will make it anywhere. The programs are very broad yet very comprehensive. The atmosphere is very collegiate yet very competitive. The student body is extremely bright. One does not just learn from books and lectures - much learning comes from in class discussions and through relations students develop amongst themselves. And, NYU certain fosters the sharing and networking of experiences. There are amble student services from a new state-of-the-art Student Health Center that provides complete healthcare needs, to an ever increasing on-campus housing with many new dormitories under construction. A new Student Center is also under construction that is supposed to be state-of-the-art as well. The Library is extensive and being a part of the largest private university in America, students can mingle with other students from the more than 12 colleges that make up the university. I feel very fortunate to have been able to take courses at such an institution - thaere is no beter place to learn business or to network.
