I have just spent the last week trying to get it through admissions head that I am in in-state tuition student due to my husband being military. I completed my application and faxed my military ID to the correct number with a cover sheet with all my contact information. My enrollment specialist said everything was good to go just waiting on transcripts which were also sent by snail mail. I then proceeded to register for classes. It kept wanting to charge me out of state tuition. I emailed my ES and he said all is fixed but it still wouldn't give me in-state tuition. He then sent me another residency form to fill out and fax to admission. An admissions rep then e-mailed me and told me I didn't need this form but the ID I had faxed a week ago was too dark to for them to read. It took them a whole week and me doing the asking to find out that they couldn't read my ID. Of course it it is Friday and they need the ID before 5pm. I am no where near a fax or scanner so I will have to wait over a holiday weekend to see this through. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. My advice is to save any and all emails sent to you for proof of conversation from each department.
