Pros: Cheap, light.
Cons: NOT durable.
The Bottom Line: Unless you're very, very, very gentle with things, you'll end up breaking it very quickly.

My Experience
We have a whole box of these at work, I'm not sure who ordered them, but they were here when I started about a year ago.
This is a very basic part, so there's not much that can be said about it.
Specs
Microphone Operation Mode: Mono
Headphones Form Factor: Semi-open
Headphones Type: Headphones - binaural
Microphone: Microphone - boom
Sensitivity: -38 dBV/Pascal
Response Bandwidth: 20 - 20000 Hz
Sound Output Mode: Stereo
Sound Quality
Sound is clean, except for the wind that they pick up when you're recording. If you place the microphone under your mouth instead of in front of it, should get rid of the problem.
Durability
I guess for a "cheapo" headset quality is fine, you can't hold the microphone right in front of your mouth - it'll pick up all the wind coming out of your mouth.
Durability
All parts are made of plastic, not very strong plastic, and not very thick plastic. If you lean on the table and put pressure on it - it breaks, if somebody mistakingly sits on it, it breaks. More careful of us use it for months & months, but I've seen some (on the sloppier side) people go through 2 of these a week.
Foam pieces get lost
The foam piece on the microphone slides off very easily, so I end up losing those all the time.
Verdict
If you're sloppy - you'll probably break it in less then a week.
