Pros: Looks cool.
Very compact.
Cons: Poor reception.
The Bottom Line: I thought it would be at least as good as rabbit ears. Choose something else, there are many antenna choices out there...

This is by far the worst antenna I have ever purchased. I originally purchased it for my Dad, it picked up only one channel; lots of static. His dish is only about 10 feet off the ground, so I thought that was the problem. So, I tried it on my dish, it is about 30 feet off the ground with a clear line of sight in almost every direction. I could see three channels and two had a lot of static. Save your money and purchase a good set of powered rabbit ears, or a normal outdoor TV antenna from Radio Shack. I finally purchased a big outdoor antenna from Radio Shack and placed it in my attic, I now receive about 6 - 8 channels very clear. I guess nothing beats an "old school" antenna.
