fperkins's Full Review: Uniden EXS9980 900 MHz 1-Line Cordless Phone
I was surprised that this phone would work out so well. I always associated Uniden's brand name with cheap quality electronics. After reading some reviews on similar uniden phones, I decided to give them a try.

Since I was looking for an digital answering machine and 900Mhz phone combo, this model was the perfect fit.

We have been using the phone for a few months now and have had no problems. The answering machine works fast and clear. Unlike tape machines, you can easily fast forward and replay messages; something that really annoyed me about our old phone.

I have only 2 wishes.

1) The Talk button which is also the off button sometimes gets hit when you hold it against your shoulder. This doesnt happen very often, but it something that the Uniden should improve on

2) A dial pad should be integrated into the base unit.
